None of the projects is given priority over the others, and all projects are reviewed and analyzed with the same perspective, based on specific evaluation indicators and standard criteria. Thus, all projects have equal conditions for assessment and decision-making.

The evaluation process usually takes about a month; however, due to the high number of projects received, in some cases more time may be required to complete the reviews.

There is no specific and predetermined limit for investment in projects. The amount of investment is determined based on the business plan of each project and in proportion to its actual needs. In this process, all costs are carefully reviewed and approved only if they are realistic and justifiable.

All essential and important sections are compiled in a sample Pitch Deck file and made available to applicants at the same time as the application registration process. Therefore, applicants can fully view and adhere to the expected structure and content before completing and submitting the documents.

After registering the application, a password is sent to the applicant via SMS. The login code is the applicant’s mobile number. The applicant can use this information to log in to the system and view the status of their project evaluation at any stage.

The issue of information confidentiality is very serious and fundamental for us, and all elements of the company are committed to observing it. In all stages of the evaluation, the information received is used with complete accuracy and confidentiality. Also, in parts of the process where there is a need to provide more detailed and specialized information from the applicant, a confidentiality agreement (NDA) will be concluded as necessary to provide complete assurance to the parties.
